AB  - Motivation is a vital part of success in the chemical industry. Besides having the right knowledge and skills at hand to bring innovations on its way, there are plenty of other supporting characteristics like intuition and enthusiasm, persistence and assertiveness, integrity and team spirit as well as great commitment and entrepreneurial thinking. This statement is strengthen in the article by presenting the prize-winning innovators of the Meyer-Galow-Prize and what is needed to become a pioneer in the chemical industry.
